It is designed for single action internal doors or external doors where a form of cover is situated above the doorway to prevent direct weather ingress. Suitable for use on aluminium, timber and steel doors, this magnet can also be installed on glass door when used in conjunction with the Adams Rite Glass Door Bracket (sold separately). It has a nominal 1500kg shear holding force and adjustable locking time between 1 and 30 seconds. Manufactured from aero grade aluminium, they have an Electrocoat+ finish for corrosion and UV resistance and the white version has a powder coated finish. The levers have been salt spray tested for over 1,600 hours and radial bearing tested to over 200,000 operations so they are a reliable and durable choice of door furniture. They are compatible with most multipoint locking units and ideal for use with the Asec Vital Double Euro cylinders. Sold with a choice of long or short backplate, the levers are available in a variety of finishes and feature reversible handing for convenience.
