Testimonials

Just a quick note to say that Alan has just replaced the lock on my front door.

He was professional, polite and knowledgeable.

He is credit to your team and company, all engineers should be held to his standard.

I just want to say a big thank you to yourself and your colleagues at Crothers for the recent locksmith/engineer services you provided to my mother's home. Your kindness, knowledge and professionalism will not be forgotten.

It's refreshing to know that in 2022, with our country emerging from a global pandemic, that a company such as Crothers and its staff can still be relied upon to complete outstanding work.

I can honestly say that any future work required by myself, my family or friends regarding home security will be directed to Crothers, and a personal note recommending the work done by yourself and your colleague Alan.

Once again, I cannot thank you enough for your expertise and commitment to your job.

Just wanted to compliment the staff in Crothers on Peters road. I didn’t catch the mans name so unsure if he’s management but he served me at 9:15 this morning and just wanted to say his customer service was fantastic . I work in customer service myself so it’s always lovely to have a great customer experience. Please pass onto management. He is a credit to your store.

Bernard fixed my front door lock today. I just wanted to say that he is the epitome of customer service. He was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, polite, explained everything in advance. He is a credit to himself and your company. Well done to all and again many thanks to Bernard.
